TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (which may be changed at any time) apply to all direct or indirect services available online, through any mobile device, by email or by phone. By accessing, browsing and using our website (www.masvilar.cat) or any of our applications available across platforms ("the websites") and / or make a reservation, you agree to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below (including the fragment concerning privacy).
This site, its content, structure, infrastructure and the accommodation reservation service that provides this page are owned, managed and provided by Turo de GRENYS, SA, CIF A58495441 and street address Sorrall 13 17401 Arbucies.
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS
During the months of July and August Mas Vilar do not make reservations for less than 7 nights, except for special promotions or packages made by the site.
Mas Vilar always confirm the availability of the house by "e-mail" to all interested customers upon request. Customer will also provide the requested cancellation policy budget, dates of entry and exit, and recruitment conditions. For his part the customer must provide the information necessary to make this budget. These data are adequately protected by the Official Protection Act Personal Data.
The budget will depend on the season, number of nights and number of people.
Once the customer has confirmed his interest in making a reservation Mas Vilar block these dates for up to three days, during which the customer must pay 30% of the total amount in payment and reservation signal. Otherwise Mas Vilar reserves the right to unlock these days and therefore consider them free for another reservation. Once recieved this payment, Mas Vilar confirm the reception and booking.
Mas Vilar is committed to deliver the accommodation perfectly clean and in perfect conditions of use, and provide a solution, as far as possible to problems that arise.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
30% of the total amount at the time of booking, by bank transfer or POS.
70% at the time of checking-in, by POS or cash.
Your booking will not be efective until Mas Vilar receive 30% of the total price and Mas Vilar send to you a confirmation email.
The confirmation, together with proof of the transfer, will serve as guarantee of the contracted services.
In case of cancellation please contact as soon as possible with Mas Vilar. We will try to find a solution acceptable to both parties. As general rules:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the reservation will be returned.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the reservation will not be returned. If Mas Vilar get a new reservation for the same canceled days, 30% will be returned.
In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be treated as a new booking and subject to the cancellation policy.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by the customer or by the persons accompanying him must be paid by the costumer.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
To plan your check-in please make sure to inform us of your arrival time and any delay or change.
Your contact person at Mas Vilar will give the keys and give you all the information you need.
The house will be available for check-in from 18:00 pm on day of arrival and until 20:00 hours.
If you should need to enter before or after the hours available for check-in please inform as soon as possible. The acceptance or rejection of the request will be up Mas Vilar.
DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT
Departures are before 11 noon on the agreed day of departure, except for the holiday weekend departure time will be up before 20:00 Sunday.
If you should need to leave before or after set times please contact as soon as possible. The acceptance or rejection of the request will be up Mas Vilar.
Please turn on keys to your contact and make sure you have all your luggage.
Mas Vilar will be delivered clean and in perfect condition. For stays longer than 7 days Mas Vilar offers the possibility of a new cleaning every 7 days without charge.
If the client require any extraordinary cleaning this will be subject to payment by the customer on budget by Mas Vilar.
MAS VILAR RURAL HOUSE RULES
Mas Vilar is delivered clean and in perfect condition. Any damage will be the responsibility of customers and Mas Vilar reserves the right to ask for compensation for them.
Minors are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
During check-in you will be given a key to access the fenced area of the pool. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to keep this area always locked to prevent minor accidents. The use of pool area to minors without the presence of their parents or guardians are not allowed.
Occupants are responsible for keeping the house closed properly in his absence.
Parties or gatherings that may cause exaggerated noise or other discomform are not allowed.
Mas Vilar is located in a Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve. Be especially careful not to engage in activities or noise that could disturb the environment.
Make good use of the bins.
The house and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of customers.
No visitors are allowed under no circumstances without property authorization. Access to Mas Vilar and use of their facilities are only allowed to costumers. If you want to recieve visitors it must be communicated by the client for the preparation of the budget, If the customer wishes to receive visitors during their stay in Mas Vilar, you must notify Mas Vilar with a minimum of three days in advance and subject to payment of an amount per visitor person. In any case these visits will spend the night in Mas Vilar.
Pets can be accepted but must be communicated to the property at the time of booking. You should provide the pet type, number and size. Mas Vilar reserves the right to accept or not these pets and making a charge for acceptance. The entry of animals into the pool area and in the rooms is prohibited.
Smoking in rooms is not allowed.
Mas Vilar facilitates the necessary coal and wood for barbecue and fireplaces. You must be very respectful of their use. Always stop the fires off when not present. Keep furniture, clothing, or other flammable objects away from fireplaces. Beside each fireplace you will find some warnings for use. Please read these warnings carefully.
Mas Vilar is not responsible for problems with electrical power, mobile coverage and television.
